UnStuck Worldwide LLC is deeply personal to me; it’s more than just a business—it’s my story of redemption. This journey began with profound sorrow at the age of seven, following the loss of my beloved grandmother, whom I affectionately called “Mommy.”
She was like a second mother to me, and her passing marked the start of a lifetime filled with significant losses during my childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Beyond the physical deaths I endured, my journey has also involved overcoming daunting challenges, including morbid obesity linked to unresolved grief and a recent diagnosis of lupus.
UnStuck Worldwide LLC embodies the culmination of my struggles, triumphs, and resilience. It is my mission to provide the support I once needed, and I understand your pain because I’ve been there.
The mission of UnStuck Worldwide LLC is to serve as a guiding light, illuminating the darkness of grief.
Our vision is for the brokenhearted to heal and recover, moving beyond grief, loss, and pain to discover profound meaning, joy, and purpose.
I founded UnStuck Worldwide to:

- Address profound loss beyond physical death, helping those who, like myself, have struggled with health issues and various losses. I teach individuals to embrace their feelings and learn how to process emotions and pain trapped in their bodies.

- Certified Grief Coach by the International Coaches Federation and the Institute of Professional Grief Coaching.
- Certified Grief Educator and trained Co-Moderator for David Kessler’s Tender Hearts Program, mentored by the world-renowned grief expert himself.
- Certified Grief Movement Guide under Paul Denniston, specializing in helping individuals process grief trapped in their bodies through movement, breath, and sound.
- Completed the “Own the Power of Your Story” Master Class in Public Speaking for Grief Educators, trained by Emmy-nominated former executive producer Rachel Hanfling of The Oprah and Anderson Cooper shows.
- Master of Arts & Science Degree in Corporate Communications and Bachelor of Arts & Science Degree in Mass Communications from Iona University.
- Certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
